The Park: Step Through Rehabilitation

Our support

The Park is a specialised step-through rehabilitation service for adult males aged 18–68 with complex mental health conditions. We provide a vital bridge for individuals transitioning from secure settings back into the community, supporting their recovery journey.

Our Team

Our team comprises highly skilled and dedicated professionals, including support workers, nurses, an occupational therapist, and a psychologist. Together, we create a therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered to focus on their recovery.

Our Approach

We craft bespoke care plans that adapt to each person’s unique needs and aspirations. By focusing on potential and future possibilities, we take an open-minded approach, looking beyond a person’s history to provide personalized and flexible support.

Our service considers the whole person, not just their diagnoses, including conditions such as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and learning disabilities. We aim to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for every individual.
