The Maples team are introducing Welcome Boxes as a way to greet new starters into our fantastic organisation.
Our team recently packed Welcome Boxes with goodies and gave them to our staff to help them through their working day. We also gave existing staff the charging pack, water bottle and notebook.
Our HR Business Partner, Ash organised and designed the Welcome Boxes to give staff useful items for when they’re on the job. When talking about the welcome boxes, Ash had this to say:
“We want to invest in our new staff from the first day and help them feel part of the team. We welcome new employees and make sure they know they’re valued from the very first day.
I started my role as the Marketing Executive just over two months ago, and as a new starter myself, I have felt incredibly welcomed by the Maples team. I have worked in similar roles before, but Maples genuinely seem to care about staff members and their wellness. It’s been so refreshing to be part of a company that is actively supporting my development and wants to see me succeed in my role.
